L04 is an intranasal mRNA medicine that drives the brain's master regulator of synaptic plasticity, neurogenesis and neuronal survival. In preclinical studies it boosted the birth and growth of new neurons in the aged hippocampus, improved memory in healthy aged mice, and protected existing neurons in an aggressive familial-Alzheimer's model.
